The main aim of this section is to train graduates and to determine their skills and abilities necessary to engage in the labor market. The section studies the needs of students for some useful training courses in various disciplines and presents it to the students, who pay token fees for participation. Rooms and laboratories are allocated for such training.
Three training courses offered to graduates:
1- Be ready to start working:
This course covers the following activities:
· How to write a CV
· Interviews training
· Correspondence in Arabic and English
· Archive files electronically and paper archive
· Time management
· Labor law
· The importance of clothing and communication in the workplace
· How to maintain a good relationship with officials and colleagues
· The importance of the use of the English language at work
· Other appropriate administrative skills
2- Your computer in work:
The aim of this training course is to train students on the basic concepts in the use of computer skills, software programs used to qualify them for the different functions of the computer programs such as: Office, World, Internet, E-mail, Access, Photoshop, Graphics, and other related programs.
3- English in Job Applications’ Interviews:
The course aims to help students use the English language to be able to pass the interviews successfully and to help students in:
· Self-introducing and presenting
· Asking questions and aware of its types
· Answering the questions of job interviews committees
· Speaking effectively about the field of specialization
· Speaking about the skills and abilities
· Holding artificial interviews
· Presenting samples of interviews through the computer
· Writing CVs in English
· And other related subjects.
