Objective & Vision

Our Mission: Communicating with An-Najah graduates, especially those who are unemployed, to train and assist them in finding job opportunities in and outside of Palestine. The Unit will fulfill this mission by communicating with companies and associations at all levels and constructing comprehensive databases on various related subjects that will be utilized by interested students, alumni and researchers

 

Goals of the Alumni Association:

-          Training the graduates and helping them to find job opportunities in and outside of Palestine.

-          Constructing a database in this regards.

-          Communicating with graduate students in order to empower the relationship between graduates and the university.

-          Communicating and coordinating with companies, associations, and ministries at local and international levels in order to find positions for graduates.

-          Organizing conferences, workshops and training courses focused on different fields such as language and communications skills, curriculum vita writing, and interview preparation in order to improve graduates' skills and increase their competitiveness in the job market.

-          Preparing polls and questionnaires about graduates, unemployment, specialists to investigate supply and demand realities and to provide interested companies and associations with the results of these studies
