On Thursday, March 19, 2015, An-Najah National University hosted the International Youth Foundation to discuss bridging the mutual cooperation between the foundation and An-Najah through the employability portal, Ta3mal.
The meeting aimed at introducing the website, training and employment services it offers. The meeting also discussed the resources and tools Ta3mal offers to students such as a psychometric assessment tool, language assessments, IT trainings and assessments, eLearning courses and diplomas, entrepreneurship and mentoring, job placement opportunities, volunteer coaches and mentors, scholarship opportunities and an events calendar with all relevant activities listed.
Dr. Saed Al-Koni, Vice President of Administrative Affairs at An-Najah welcomed Ta3mal's program as it provides the university’s graduates with good communication skills, which will prepare them for training and work fields.
Theprogram will train volunteers to use Ta3mal and provide them with the needed knowledge and skills. These volunteers will work with other students and introduce to them to the resources and tools available on Ta3mal.
