The graduate student is chosen to a certain job according to the following criteria procedure:
- The companies and institutions visit the Alumni Unit' website, screen the students’ C.Vs, choose the suitable ones and then ask the Alumni Unit to provide them with the files of the students they have chosen.
- The representatives of the companies visit the Alumni Unit check the student's files and choose the appropriate ones according to their needs.
- The companies correspond with the Alumni Unit and send their job descriptions and the qualifications needed for the jobs. Here, it is the Alumni Unit's responsibility to match the appropriate student with the companies' requirements.
