On Thursday, February 2nd, 20017, Professor Maher Natsheh, Acting President of An-Najah received at his office a delegation from the Sharek Youth Forum. The delegation included Mr. Bader Zamareh, Executive Director of Sharek and Ms. Diana Kharraz, Northern Office Coordinator.
The meeting was also attended by Dr. Mohammad Al-Amleh, Vice President of Academic Affairs; Dr. Sabri Naser, Vice President of Administrative Affairs; Mr. Mousa Abu Dayyeh, Dean of Students' Affairs and Mr. Rafe' Daraghmeh, Director of the Alumni Unit.
At the beginning of the meeting, Prof. Natsheh welcomed the guests and stressed the importance of the collaboration the university has with the forum for more than ten years in different fields. He expressed his pride in the Palestinian youth who work in the forum and referred to their importance for the society.
Mr. Zamareh expressed his pride in the university and its students for their participation in different projects organized by the forum. He also referred to the number of the cooperation projects the forum has with the university, most recent of which is the E-Gate Project.
Dr. Al-Amleh talked about the university policy in training students to upgrade their academic level and prepare them to the labour market. He also talked about the Faculty of Honor which homes 300 of the university top students.
Mr. Daraghmeh in turn talked about the importance of the collaboration with different youth organizations and commended the long-term relationship the university has with Sharek Forum.
