On Wednesday, October 10, 2018, Reach for Telecommunication Services in cooperation with Career and Alumni Affairs Unit at An-Najah University held a workshop about Reach recruitment mechanism at the Faculty of Islamic Law Auditorium in the Old Campus.

The workshop targeted university students who were introduced to Reach's An-Najah Students Training Program and the online application process.

Established in 2009, Reach is the first and largest Palestinian contact center for outsource telecommunications. It is a member of PALTEL companies, offering high quality performance-driven services, through multi-communication channels.

In addition, Reach handles 45,000 calls per day through the use of our Cisco IPCC Technology system, allocated across 260 seats.
