"Promote Entrepreneurship and Self-Employment of Youth Initiatives" Project

Career and Alumni Affairs Unit at An-Najah University in cooperation with the Palestinian Fund for Employment (PFESP) launched the "Promote Entrepreneurship and Self-Employment of Youth Initiatives" project. The project is funded by the Palestinian Banking Corporation and the Italian Agency for Development Cooperation (AICS). It aims at supporting startups that generate revenue through offering zero interest rate.

The program offers maximum amount of 15000 USD with zero interest rate. It also provides professional counselling to reduce high unemployment rates among graduates.

Mr. Rafe' Daraghmeh, Director of Alumni Unit mentioned that the project supports youth entrepreneurial initiatives and expand horizons for small startups and innovative ideas.

 

Mr. Ahmed Abu Jaish, program coordinator talked about the importance of promoting production, entrepreneurship and positive competition among youth.
